I've taught/lectured at various universities/institutions including Tin House, NYU, Stanford, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, St. Mary’s College, Mills College, Lethbrige Library in Canada, the San Francisco Public Library among others. For four years I was the creative director of RADAR Productions, a queer literary nonprofit in San Francisco where I curated, emceed and organized readings, workshops, the legendary Sister Spit Tour, and a lot of POC queer programming in the city. I am one of the founders of the now famous Drag Queer Story Hour. I've been the lead artist in various collaborative writing projects with local SF-based nonprofits such as LYRIC, El/la Translatinas and The GLBT Historical Society.
